Proposals

Nothing is written to the Asterism without you. Everything the detectors, the import and the AI lanes would add arrives here as a proposal and waits. The queue is a panel in the Review set and has a full view of its own.

A proposal says what accepting it would write. The row carries the operation (an entity, a relation, a fact or a spelling), the one line it would write, the source that made it and the sentence it was read in. Open evidence in editor takes you to that sentence in the prose.

Accept and Dismiss decide one. Accept writes it to the Asterism; Dismiss refuses it for good, and the proposal is not offered again. The filter along the top is the state: Pending, Accepted, Dismissed. A proposal under Dismissed has Restore beside it, which puts it back in the pending queue.

Edit before accept changes what is written. It opens the name and the kind before the write, so a proposal that read “Halla” can be accepted as “Halla Rendt”, a character, and the accepted row says what it was written as. Nothing else about the proposal changes.

Accept all shown and Dismiss all shown decide the queue. Both act on what the filters leave on screen, so narrowing by source first is how you take every proposal the import made without touching the ones a detector made. Dismiss all shown asks first and says how many it is about to refuse.

The source filter says who read it. Detector for the checks that read the prose, Import for what came in with a file, AI for a lane’s reading. All sources is the default.

The checks and the comments in the same panel set have their own entry.

Try: filter the queue to Import, use Edit before accept on the first row, give the entity a fuller name, and accept it. The Accepted filter shows the row with the name it was written under.
