Review
Review is a set of panels, not a screen of its own. Moving a chapter to the Review step lays out the checks and the comments beside the editor, with the proposal queue on the right. You can open the same set at any time from Layouts in the top bar, and you can take any one of its panels to its full view from the panel’s own header.
The checks are readings, never edits. Each finding names the rule that made it, the sentence it was read in and the scene it stands in. Nothing in the list changes the book: a finding is a question to answer in the prose, and it goes when the prose answers it. The header counts the findings the list shows, so a rule you have muted is out of the count as well as out of the list.
Run checks now reads the book again. The full view has the button and the time of the last run beside it. The findings come back grouped by the rule that made them, with the number in each group and the sentence of the chosen one in the panel beside the list.
Open in editor takes you to the words. The editor scrolls to the span the finding names and holds a highlight on it for a moment. Where the prose has moved since the finding was read, the nearest place is shown instead and the editor says so. Where the sentence is gone altogether, the control is off. A finding about an entity rather than a passage (an empty field, no relations, never named) offers Open entity instead, which opens that entity’s page.
Mute for this book hides a rule you do not want. The rule moves to Muted rules, where Unmute brings it back. The mute belongs to this book alone, and the count under Run checks now says how many findings it is hiding.
A misspelled name has two answers. Add to book dictionary keeps the word as a word of this book, so no spelling rule names it again; the word is listed under Book words with Remove beside it. Accept as alias of an entity writes the spelling onto that entity’s sheet instead, so the prose and the Asterism agree that the two spellings are one name.
Comments are anchored to what you selected. New comment takes the words selected in the editor and keeps both the text and where it stood; without a selection the control is off and says so. A comment whose text has moved in the scene is marked Moved and still points at its words. A comment whose text is gone is marked Detached and no longer points anywhere; it keeps its thread so the conversation is not lost.
A thread is read, replied to and closed. Reply adds to the thread, Resolve closes it and Reopen takes it back. Your own comment or reply can be edited in place or deleted; a delete asks first and moves the comment and its replies to the trash, where the Trashed filter lists it with Restore beside it. Comments by other people can be read, replied to and resolved, but not edited or deleted.
The filters narrow the list. State is Open, Resolved, Trashed or All, and Author narrows the list to one person. Open location in editor works from a thread the way Open in editor works from a finding.
The queue of proposals in the same set has its own entry.
Try: select a few words in the editor and use New comment. The thread appears with its text field waiting. Now write over those words in the editor and run the checks again: the comment is marked Moved, and the location still opens at the text where it now stands.
